1. Introduction


The store information is the information that your customer will see and use the information to contact you. You can also set the standards and formats such as timezone, weight and length unit.


For your webstore contact details and logo, you may update them from Webstore > Preferences > Manage.


To change the logo shown at the top left corner of your webstore, first make sure the logo is uploaded at Webstore > Preferences > Business Information.


If your header is using a different logo, go to Webstore > Webstore Builder > Settings > Header. If Use Difference Logo is enabled, upload the logo there, then Save and Publish.


After making changes, click the Clear Cache button and refresh your webstore with Ctrl + Shift + R to load the latest information.


2. Edit Store Information


Step 1: Go to Settings > General



Step 2: Fill in the information in the Store Details section to update your store information, including the store email address




Step 5: Once done with all the settings, click Save to save the changes


To update the store email shown in your store information, go to Settings > General, update the email field under Store Details, then click Save.


3. Change the email associated with your SiteGiant account


To change the login email address or the email associated with your SiteGiant account, send a request by email:


  • For SiteGiant account email or billing / renewal email changes, email billing@sitegiant.my.
  • For profile email address or account email change requests, email support@sitegiant.my using your current email address.

To change the email address associated with your store, go to Settings > General, update the email field under Store Details, then click Save.

To update the logo shown on your webstore, first make sure the logo is uploaded at Webstore > Preferences > Business Information.
