After installing the SiteGiant MultiChat app on your desktop, you can assign staff to manage the chat from multiple marketplace stores.

Step 1: Search for the SiteGiant MultiChat app on your desktop > double-click to open the app



Step 2: Click on the Settings button > select Staff Management to add staff



Step 3: Click on Add New Staff



Step 4: Fill in the details of the staff account > you can assign a specified channel for the staff access > Save
