3. Additional Notes

  • You can also refer to the MultiChat documentation here: https://chat.sitegiant.co/documentation/home
  • For mobile, search for SiteGiant Multichat in the Google Play Store.
  • The MultiChat login ID is the same as your SiteGiant login ID.
  • Staff can only log in after the store owner or account admin has assigned MultiChat access to that login.
  • If you see invalid email or password when logging in, first confirm you are using the same login credentials as your SiteGiant ERP account and make sure your MultiChat access has been assigned.
  • Only the main account can access certain MultiChat functions.
  • After activating MultiChat, continue with channel setup before you start using it.
  • You can then create staff login access for MultiChat if needed.

4. If You Cannot Log In to SiteGiant MultiChat

If you cannot log in to the MultiChat app, follow these troubleshooting steps:

Step 1: Verify Your Credentials

  • Make sure you are using the same login ID and password as your SiteGiant ERP account.
  • If you recently changed your SiteGiant password, the same new password applies to MultiChat.
  • Try resetting your password via Forgot Password on the login page, then attempt to log in again.

Step 2: Check Staff Account Access

  • If you are logging in as a staff account, ask the store owner or account admin to assign MultiChat access first.
  • The staff member must also verify their account by clicking the verification link sent to their email before they can log in.

Step 3: Clear MultiChat Cache

  1. Logout and exit the SiteGiant MultiChat app.
  2. Search %appdata% on your Windows PC.
  3. Delete the SiteGiant MultiChat folder.
  4. Remove the SiteGiant MultiChat folder from all available folders.
  5. Reinstall the app and log in again.

Step 4: Update to the Latest Version

If the issue persists (e.g., login page keeps reappearing, "invalid email or password" error), update to the latest version of MultiChat:

Step 5: Enable Auto Login (for repeated verification prompts)

If MultiChat keeps asking for verification on every login:

  1. Click on your name at the top right of MultiChat.
  2. Go to Store Setting.
  3. Enable the Auto Login feature.

If the issue still persists after all the above steps, please contact the SiteGiant Support Team for further assistance.

Note: If the login page keeps redirecting back after entering credentials, this may be a known platform issue. In that case, try reinstalling the latest version first. If the issue persists, contact SiteGiant Support for further assistance.

5. Auto Login Not Working (Marketplace Channels)

Due to marketplace privacy settings, the MultiChat session may auto-logout when the app is closed or left inactive. This affects Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok channels.

To manage this:

  1. Click on your name at the top right of MultiChat.
  2. Go to Store Setting.
  3. Enable the Auto Login toggle for each channel.
  4. If the channel still shows as logged out, click the Refresh button to revalidate the session.

Note: For sub-accounts or channels requiring additional verification (e.g., Lazada passcode, TikTok re-login), manual re-login may be required periodically due to marketplace security restrictions.
