Why does my order count differ from the system count?

A discrepancy between the displayed order count and the actual number of selectable orders is most commonly caused by combined orders. When two or more orders are merged into a combined order, the system counts them as a single order for processing purposes. For example, if you have 17 orders but 2 are combined, only 16 items will appear when you select orders to arrange or print — because the combined pair counts as 1.

If the count mismatch is not related to combined orders, it may be due to the date filter. Orders older than 7 days will not appear under the default view — use Custom Date to search for them. In some cases, a specific order may fail to sync to the Order Processing page; if you suspect a missing order, note the order ID and contact the support team for a manual sync check.

Order count delay (caching)

The order count is cached for performance purposes, so there may be a slight delay before it updates. The count typically refreshes within 30 seconds to 2 minutes. However, the order list always displays the latest orders in real time — any newly synced orders will be reflected immediately. If the order list is empty, the count will update shortly after the cache refreshes and there is no need for concern.
