What should I do if the Adaptis payment integration is not working?

If Adaptis payment is not working, first do a test checkout to check whether the payment page redirects to Adaptis. If the checkout cannot connect to the Adaptis payment portal, recheck the integration details entered in Settings > Payments.

Make sure you are using the correct Adaptis payment type (OPSG or MEG), and verify that the Merchant Code and Merchant Key are correct and activated. Also confirm the website set in Adaptis is correct, and check whether the merchant credentials provided are for the live version if you are connecting a live store.

If the payment page opens normally but only some customers cannot complete payment, do the following:

  • Confirm whether the issue happens only to selected customers or all customers.
  • Test the checkout using the same product and customer address to see whether the issue can be replicated.
  • If your test works and the issue happens randomly, verify with Adaptis or iPay88 whether there are any changes to the Merchant Code or Merchant Key.
  • If the customer refreshes the payment page or does not complete TAC/OTP in time, the payment may fail and the customer will need to create a new order and pay again.

If the Merchant Code and Merchant Key entered in SiteGiant are correct and the payment is already redirecting to Adaptis, contact Adaptis Support to check the failed reason from their side.
