What should I do if my stock does not sync with Shopee?

If your stock is not syncing to Shopee, check the following common causes:

  1. Update Stock button not enabled – Go to your Shopee channel settings in SiteGiant and make sure the Update Stock button is enabled. If it is disabled, stock changes will not be pushed to Shopee. You can check this at Settings > Sales Channel > Authorized Channel > click the ⚙️icon > make sure the Update Stock button is enabled.
  2. Stock not updated from SiteGiant – Always update stock from within SiteGiant (via Stock In or Stock Adjustment), not directly from Shopee Seller Centre. Direct updates in Seller Centre will be overwritten the next time SiteGiant syncs. Once inventory linking is active, stock must only be adjusted from SiteGiant.
  3. Item status set to Out of Stock – If the item status in SiteGiant is set to Out of Stock, the stock quantity synced to Shopee will show as 0. Go to the inventory item and change the status back to Available.
  4. Conflict with a third-party app – If another third-party integration is also adjusting stock on Shopee, it may overwrite the values synced by SiteGiant. Disable any conflicting third-party apps if you want SiteGiant to be the sole source of stock control.
  5. Stock tally needed – If the stock appears incorrect despite the above settings being correct, go to Inventory > All Inventory Items > click item name > Associated Products > Tally All Channels Inventory to force a sync. For bulk management, refer to: How to Manage Inventory with Parent iSKU

If the issue persists, contact SiteGiant Support with the iSKU for further investigation.
