What should I do if my product price sync status shows an error?

If your product price sync status shows an error, try the following checks based on the channel and error shown.


General troubleshooting


  1. Clear the previous sync first.
  2. Sync the product again.
  3. If the listing still shows Syncing in progress, wait for the previous sync to complete or clear the previous sync and retry.
  4. If the channel authorization may be expired, reauthorize the sales channel and try again.


Shopee


If the price update still fails, there may be an issue with the Shopee API.


You can try to update the product price directly in Shopee Seller Center first, then sync the product back to SiteGiant again.


If stock linking or product linking is also affected, go to:


Products > Shopee Listing > open the listing > set "Link with Inventory" > Update


If the product is under promotion, Shopee may block price changes. Stop the promotion or remove the product from the promotion in Shopee Seller Center, then resync the promotion from App > Marketplace > Shopee Promotion Listing before editing the price again from SiteGiant.


If the price was edited only in Inventory > All Inventory Item, the change will not automatically sync to Shopee listing. Update the price from the marketplace listing or Parent iSKU instead.


Lazada


If product sync shows update 0 product

This may happen when the Lazada authorization has expired. Reauthorize the Lazada channel first, then try syncing again.


If you see an error like F_IC_ABILITY_PG_003 or the product cannot update price

This usually means the product is blocked from editing because it has joined a Lazada campaign. Check the product campaign status in Lazada Seller Center first.


If the product details or price cannot be updated from SiteGiant, update the product directly in Lazada Seller Center first, then sync the product back to SiteGiant.


If the price was edited only in Inventory > All Inventory Item, the change will not automatically sync to Lazada listing. Update the price from the Lazada listing or Parent iSKU instead.


If an old promo price is still affecting the listing, delete the promo value and leave Promo & Date blank, then set the correct price again.


If variants do not appear after sync back

Check whether there are duplicate listings in SiteGiant and make sure you sync back to the correct listing.


Shopee and marketplace structure changes


If the product was previously created with variants but is now changed to no variants, this type of change needs to be updated at the marketplace side first. After updating it at the marketplace, return to SiteGiant and use Sync Back Product again.


When to contact support


If you have cleared sync, reauthorized the channel, retried syncing, and the product still shows an error, further technical checking may be required.
