What should I do if a page is loading forever?

If a page keeps loading, first try these basic checks:

• Refresh the page.
• Log out and log back in.
• Close the browser and reopen it.
• Update your browser to the latest version.
• Clear your browser cache. In Chrome, open More > Delete browsing data, choose a time range such as Last hour or All time, select the data to remove, then click Delete data.
• After clearing cache, reload the page with Ctrl + Shift + R.
• Try a different browser or an incognito window.
• Check your internet connection.

If the issue still happens, try reducing the selected period range or loading/exporting a smaller amount of data first, as a large amount of data may cause the page to load much longer.

If the page still loads forever after these steps, submit the issue for further technical checking.
