What does it mean if a product has a duplicate SKU?

A duplicate SKU means the same SKU is already being used by another product or variant. Each product SKU and variant SKU must be unique, otherwise the system will show a duplicate SKU error and prevent saving.

If this happens, check both the main product SKU and all variant SKUs, then change the duplicated SKU on one of the products or variants before saving again. If the error appears during marketplace sync, the old marketplace listing may still be using that SKU even if it was deleted or reactivated previously.
