What can SiteGiant tokens be used for?

SiteGiant provides 2,000 free tokens every month to merchants until further notice. These tokens can be used across the following features:

1. OTP Verification Activation

This feature adds an extra layer of security by enabling OTP (One-Time Password) verification for buyers when they register or log in to your webstore. When activated, buyers will receive an SMS containing an OTP to complete their login process.

SMS sending costs:

• Each SMS sent to Malaysia (MY): 50 tokens
• Each SMS sent to Taiwan (MY): 50 tokens
• Each SMS sent to Singapore (SG): 100 tokens
• Each email sent (if applicable): 3 tokens

2. Marketing Automation

Marketing Automation helps engage customers through automated marketing communications across multiple channels such as website, email, and SMS — ultimately generating sales leads.

To unlock Marketing Automation, you need to purchase the feature first. Once purchased, tokens are used to apply its functions.

3. AI Content Generation

This feature helps you create webstore descriptions using AI, powered by token usage.

4. AI Business Analyst

The AI Business Analyst, found under Apps > Popular, allows you to export your order, item, channel, and customer data directly to OpenAI. This feature requires SiteGiant Wallet tokens.

With this feature, you can:

• Ask AI to help analyze your data
• Request analytics reports

5. AI-Assisted Product Specification Fill

This feature allows you to use AI to automatically fill in product specifications.

• It can only be activated on the Bulk Copy Listing page when copying products.
• Currently supports Shopee MY, Lazada MY, and TikTok MY only.
• Uses SiteGiant Wallet tokens.
