SKU Align

We would like to highlight that SKU plays an important role if you plan to manage stock using SiteGiant ERP. 😊
Think of SKU (Stock Keeping Unit) as a product's IC number.

📌 Simple Rule: 1 item = 1 SKU
If you are counting the stock separately, the SKU should be different.

✅ Example:
Red S → TSHIRT-RED-S
Red M → TSHIRT-RED-M
Blue S → TSHIRT-BLUE-S
Blue M → TSHIRT-BLUE-M

Each size and colour has its own stock quantity, so each variant should have its own unique SKU.

When multiple variants share the same SKU (TSHIRT), the system cannot identify which colour or size is being sold, making stock management inaccurate.

📌 Please ensure:
• Each item/variant has its own unique SKU. If have accounting system, then should be same with accounting system item code.
• The same item uses the same SKU across all marketplaces.
• Parent SKU is filled in for Shopee products.
