SiteGiant POS Enhancement

We’ve enhanced SiteGiant POS with two new features that simplify shift report filtering, improve internal order remarks, and make daily POS operations more efficient.

1. Shift Report Summary
You can now filter the Shift Summary Report by Open by or Closed by to view shift records handled by specific team members. To use this filter, navigate to SiteGiant POS > POS > Shift Report Summary > Filter.

2. Internal Remarks
You can now add remark by selecting from the pre-configured remark list, making it easier to quickly record order details for internal reference without manually entering them. To use this feature, navigate to SiteGiant POS App > More Action > Add Remark.
*Note: Please be reminded to update to the latest version (v1.7.11)

Remark: Internal remarks can be configured via SiteGiant ERP > All Orders > (...) > Manage Remarks.
