SiteGiant API access and usage

Overview

SiteGiant provides an Open API for selected use cases. Open API access is not available on all plans.

How to get access

To use the Open API, you need to:

Upgrade to a higher package.
Purchase the Open API add-on.

For custom API integration, the supported package mentioned is ERP Ultimate and above.

What the API can be used for

Products
Inventory syncing

Limitations

The API does not support all integration scenarios.

Known limitations mentioned include:

It is not suitable for marketplace-style website management.
It does not support managing marketplaces through Open API.
It cannot be used to sync only selected WooCommerce orders into SiteGiant for WCFM marketplace use cases.
