Order Processing Enhancement
We've introduced new enhancements to Order Processing to help streamline your daily operations and improve your fulfillment workflow. To check out the enhancements, navigate to Orders > All Orders > Order Processing, then further go to (...) > Shipping Label Settings > Webstore and others > Packing List / Invoice Template for related settings.
- Add Subtotal to Packing List
Customize your Packing List Template by enabling the new Subtotal option. Once turned on, your packing list displays Sub-Total, Shipping, and Total rows, giving your customers the same itemized breakdown they see on their invoices.

- New Barcode Value Options
The previous Barcode settings option in Packing List and Invoice templates has been split into Barcode Type and Barcode Value, giving you more control over your operational documentation.
Barcode Type: Choose the visual format you need (e.g., Barcode, QR Code)
Barcode Value: Choose the exact data it carries (e.g., Order ID, Marketplace Order ID, Tracking No.)

Remark: If the selected Barcode Value is empty for a specific order, the Barcode / QR Code will automatically be hidden on the generated packing list or invoice.
- Search for Multiple Orders in One Go
Checking orders one by one is a thing of the past! You can now search multiple values at once across Marketplace Order ID, Tracking Number, Order ID, and Package ID on the Order Processing page.

- Print Air Waybills In Bulk
You can now bulk print air waybills for your selected orders directly from the Print dropdown menu — saving you time when processing large batches of shipments that are ready to go.

- GDEX Prime Pickup Pieces
A new Pieces field is now available when you arrange a GDEX Prime Pickup shipment. You are required to enter the total number of physical parcels, so that GDEX can receive the exact count upfront for accurate collection and tracking.

- Avoid customs delays with more complete DHL Express commercial invoices
A new Additional Charges section that consists of Shipping Fee, Duties Tax, Tax, and Insurance, has been added to the DHL Express tab on the Order Details page. Their values are auto-filled from the order details, so you can quickly review or adjust them before arranging shipment—ensuring smooth customs clearance.

There is also a new Insurance SKU field that has been added to the DHL Express Settings page. You can enter the SKU of any protection/coverage product you sell in your DHL Express Settings. Its price will automatically fill as the Insurance amount.

*Note: This is an Add-on App
Remarks:
i. Both the Duties Tax and Insurance fields can only be auto-filled for Shopify order.
ii. Insurance SKU is intended for protection products that are not shipped inside the DHL Express package. Products shipped in the package are already declared in the Package Item List, so listing one as an Insurance SKU would declare its value twice.
