Inventory Linking Enhancement

We’ve introduced several new enhancements to improve your overall experience when performing bulk linking for your inventory. To access these features, go to Inventory > Inventory Linking.

1. Auto Linking
You can now use the new Auto Linking feature to select one or more channels and automatically link marketplace listings to your existing inventory items by matching SKUs — no more manually going through Bulk Confirm product listings page by page, followed by Review Draft Listing, Confirm and Save Listing.

2. Bulk Reset
The new Bulk Reset feature lets you select multiple listings using checkboxes and reset them all in one go  — speeding up the process, especially when resetting linked listings for multi-listing and variant products.

3. Product Status Filter
Product status filter has also been added for you to filter the listing table by marketplace status (e.g. Active, Inactive) based on the selected channel type, making it easier to focus on specific listings.

Remarks:
i. The Pending Action Listing tab has been renamed to Unlinked Listing for clarity, and it now appears before the Draft Listing tab.
ii. The system will no longer auto-generate iSKU for product listings with an empty SKU field.
