How To Update Webstore Shipping Price

1. Introduction

You can update your webstore shipping price from the shipping settings in your admin panel.

Step 1: Go to Settings > Shipping method.

Step 2: Update the shipping price for your webstore.

Step 3: Save your changes.

Step 4: After making changes to your webstore settings, click Clear Cache to push the latest information to your live storefront.

Webstore shipping charges are based on the webstore listing settings.
Product weight used for shipping calculation will follow the webstore listing, not the inventory item.
Webstore shipping setup is managed from Settings > Shippings / Shipping method, not from the product listing page.
If you want to offer free shipping based on a minimum purchase amount, you may set it up using a shipping voucher promotion.
If checkout shows RM0 shipping for a product, check whether Free Shipping is enabled in the webstore product listing.
To disable free shipping for a product, go to the product in your Webstore listing and change Free Shipping to No.
If you need to update many products at once, export your Webstore listing, change the Free Shipping column to No, then import or update the listing again.
