1. Introduction


If your products already exist in TikTok Seller Center and you want to capture them into SiteGiant, you can use Sync Back Product.


2. Sync products from TikTok Seller Center to SiteGiant


Method 1: Sync all products for a TikTok channel


Step 1: Go to Settings > Sales Channel > Authorized Channel

Step 2: Look for your TikTok store

Step 3: Click the ... button

Step 4: Click Sync Back Product


After that, check again at Products > TikTok Listing.


Method 2: Sync selected products from TikTok Listing


Use this when you only want to refresh specific products or when you have updated product information in TikTok Seller Center.


Step 1: Go to Products > TikTok Listing

Step 2: Refresh the page

Step 3: Select the checkbox for the product(s)

Step 4: Click Sync Back Product > Sync Selected


Before syncing selected products, make sure the latest product data in TikTok Seller Center is the version you want to keep.


3. If selected products still do not appear


If the product can be viewed in TikTok Seller Center but still does not appear correctly in SiteGiant TikTok Listing, you can re-capture it by following these steps:


Step 1: Go to Products > TikTok Listing

Step 2: Select the affected product(s) and delete them from the SiteGiant TikTok Listing

Step 3: Go to Settings > Sales Channel > Authorized Channel

Step 4: Look for the TikTok store and click ... > Sync Back Product


This action deletes the product from the SiteGiant TikTok Listing only and does not delete the product from TikTok Seller Center.


If the product is under Reviewing status, go to Products > TikTok Listing, tick the product, then click Sync Back Product > Sync Selected and refresh the page.


If the product still appears in TikTok Seller Center and the stock is the same there, but the product does not show on the TikTok shop front end, check with TikTok Support because the listing display is controlled on TikTok's side.


If the product is frozen and still cannot be sold after sync back, check the reason in TikTok Seller Center. If it cannot be sold again, delete it from both TikTok Seller Center and SiteGiant TikTok Listing, then create it as a new product.



After the product is captured back into SiteGiant, make sure the inventory is linked correctly:


Step 1: Go to Inventory > Inventory Linking

Step 2: Select the Channel Store for the TikTok store

Step 3: Look for the product

Step 4: Update the latest iSKU in the Draft Listing field

Step 5: If the existing iSKU is wrong, click Reset and set the correct iSKU

Step 6: Click Confirm

Step 7: Click Review Draft Listing at the top right

Step 8: Click Confirm and Save Listing


If you have items under Pending Action Listing, complete the iSKU linking there as well.


5. Important notes


  • Sync Back Product in Product Listing is usually needed when product information was changed in TikTok Seller Center.
  • If you deleted a product from SiteGiant TikTok Listing only, you can sync it back again from Authorized Channel.
  • Make sure each TikTok listing is linked with the correct iSKU so orders can capture the correct item information.
