How to set Master SKU

Overview

Master SKU lets you manage the same product across multiple channels in one place.

Before you start

• The product should already be linked in SiteGiant.
• Master SKU is used for the same product across different stores.
• Supported channels mentioned are Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Webstore.

How to set Master SKU

Set the same Master SKU for the same product on each marketplace listing one by one.

Example:

• Product A uses Master SKU 123master
• Set 123master for Product A on Webstore listing
• Then set the same 123master for the matching Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok listings

After the same Master SKU is set across the related listings, you can manage them together from the Master SKU feature.

Notes

• Master SKU is required before using Marketplace Pricing Management.
• If you want to manage the same product price across multiple stores in one page, set up Master SKU first.
• Master SKU can be used to manage Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Webstore listings of the same product.
