How to renew your subscription plan

Overview


Subscription renewal is done manually. Your account will not be auto-deducted from your credit card.


Renew your subscription


  1. Log in to the client area: https://billing.sitegiant.my/index.php?rp=/login
  2. View your renewal invoice.
  3. Make payment for the renewal.

Important notes


  • Renewal is not charged automatically. You need to make payment manually for renewal.
  • If you have renewed but your account still shows as expired or you still cannot access the system, prepare your payment receipt or transaction receipt for checking.
  • If needed, the billing team may check and update your payment status after verification.


Invoice and tax invoice


  • To view and pay your invoice, log in to the client area.
  • For Malaysia e-invoice requests for a renewal plan, email support@sitegiant.my for the Billing team to assist.


Need help checking your renewal status?


If you made payment but the renewal is not reflected yet, share your registered email address, payment receipt or payment advice, and the related invoice copy for verification.


If your store or account is still suspended after payment, provide these details so the team can cross-check and update the payment status after verification.
