How to post new products to multiple sales channels in SiteGiant
Introduction
You can create a new product in one marketplace channel first, then copy the listing to other channels from SiteGiant.
Before copying to another channel, make sure the product is created successfully in the first channel, link the inventory, and the category mapping is already set.
Post a new product
Option 1: Add by channel
You may add the new product directly in the channel listing you want, for example:
- Shopee
- Lazada
Option 2: Create once and copy to other channels
- Create the product in one channel first.
- Make sure the product is published successfully in that channel.
- Make sure the inventory is linked.
- If there is an error, fix the channel error first before copying.
- Make sure category mapping is applied before copy listing.
- Use Copy Listing to copy the product to another channel.

Copying from Shopee to TikTok: step-by-step
To copy a new product from Shopee to TikTok:
- Create the product in Shopee Listing and make sure it is published (in the Listed tab) and also already performed Inventory Linking. A product in Draft cannot be copied.
- Complete Marketplace Categories Mapping for TikTok.
- Use Bulk Copy Listing to copy the product from Shopee to TikTok.
- After copying, go to Products > TikTok Listing > Draft Product, click the product name to edit it, then click Update.
- Check the product status in TikTok Seller Centre. Once it is live/active, go back to Products > TikTok Listing, select the product, and click Sync Back Product > Sync Selected (steps 14–15 of the TikTok publish guide).

Troubleshooting: product missing after copy to TikTok
When copying a listing to TikTok, an error may appear during the copy and the product may seem to disappear — it will not show in the draft, listed, or error tab. This is usually caused by TikTok's category being updated. To resolve this:
- Go to the TikTok Listing and locate the product.
- Click on the product category field and update it to the new correct TikTok category.
- Save and try copying again.
If you cannot find the product at all after the error, check the Draft tab first using the product name. If it is not there, the copy may have been interrupted — update the category mapping and retry the copy.
Troubleshooting: product skipped during copy
When copying from Shopee to TikTok, a product may be skipped if it already exists in the target TikTok store's draft or listing tab. To resolve this:
- Search for the product in the Draft tab of the target TikTok store using the product name (not SKU).
- If a wrong or duplicate draft exists, delete it from the draft tab, then copy again and select Skip for products that should not be re-copied.
- If you copied to multiple TikTok stores, each store needs to be checked separately — a product already present in one store does not automatically copy to another.
Common reasons the product cannot be posted
Product name is too short
For Shopee listing, the product name must be more than 20 characters. If the product name is too short, the product cannot be auto created to other channels.
Required variants are incomplete
Some products require two levels of variants, such as:
- Units
- Color family
If only one required variant is selected, it will trigger an error. For this case, use both required variants.
Product dimension exceeds the allowed size
If the product dimension is more than the suggested limit, the listing may fail. For example, reduce the dimension to below 300 cm if required by the channel.
Unsupported shipping option from copied listing
If the item is copied from another channel with a shipping option that is not available in the target channel, updating and publishing may fail. In this case, click Update & Publish again after adjusting the shipping option.
Image upload error
If the error is returned during image upload to Shopee, try adding the product directly from the seller center to check whether it can be saved successfully there.
TikTok product status: Reviewing
If the product status in TikTok shows Reviewing, it means the product is under TikTok QC.
You may check the status in TikTok Seller Centre first. Once the product is active:
- Go to SiteGiant > Products > TikTok Listing
- Select the listing
- Click Sync Back Product
- Click Sync Selected to get the latest status
If a product created at seller center does not appear in SiteGiant
If the product was created directly at the seller center and does not appear in SiteGiant:
- Go to Settings
- Go to Sales Channel
- Choose the channel store
- Click ...
- Click Sync Back Product
