How To Perform Bulk Inventory Linking

1. Introduction

Bulk inventory linking allows you to link marketplace listings to inventory items in SiteGiant in batches. Before performing bulk inventory linking, make sure the same product uses the same unique SKU across all stores.

2. Before You Start

Ensure SKU alignment across marketplaces

Before inventory linking:

  • Every product must have a unique SKU.
  • The same product must use the same SKU across all stores.
  • This is important to ensure the inventory links accurately.

If you have just integrated your sales channels, make sure all products already have SKU first before continuing with inventory linking.

If you need to update marketplace SKUs in bulk first, refer to the mass update tutorial:

Sync back marketplace products

After SKU alignment is completed, sync back the products into SiteGiant:

Settings > Sales Channel > ... > Sync Back Product

If a product was created directly in the seller center and does not appear in SiteGiant yet, you need to sync back the product first before linking.

4. Manual Inventory Linking Steps

If you need to review pending listings manually, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Inventory > Inventory Linking.
  2. Select the Channel Store.
  3. Open Pending Action Listing.
  4. Update the latest iSKU into the Draft Listing field.
  5. Click Review Draft Listing at the top right.
  6. Click Confirm and Save Listing at the top right.

If you insert a new iSKU during inventory linking, the iSKU is not created immediately. It will only be created after you complete Review Draft Listing and Confirm and Save Listing.
