How to integrate SiteGiant with AutoCount accounting system

SiteGiant supports integration with several third-party accounting systems, including AutoCount, Alaya, Smart Acc, BizStory, and SQL. Software such as Zoho Books and Bukku are currently not supported.

SiteGiant can connect with AutoCount.

Integration process

Get the API Key from SiteGiant for the integration.
Follow this tutorial to generate the API key:

Provide the API Key to your AutoCount support team or AutoCount dealer for the integration setup.

Sales reconciliation

To get reconciliation data, make sure payment reconciliation sync is enabled for each channel.

Go to Apps > Marketplaces > Payment Reconciliation (Shopee/Lazada/TikTok) > General Report and check each store to make sure sync is enabled.

Important notes

AutoCount dealer handles the setup and syncing on the AutoCount side.
For quantity tallying, the item code in AutoCount must match the ERP item code.
For kit or combo items, the behavior depends on how the item code is mapped in AutoCount. Refer to your AutoCount dealer for the kit mapping setup.

SQL Accounting integration

SiteGiant also supports integration with SQL Accounting both Desktop mode and Cloud Mode. To sync payments from SiteGiant to SQL, refer to the official guide:
