How to install Google Analytics 4 on your webstore

Overview

You can use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track traffic on your webstore.

When setting it up, paste your Google Analytics Tracking ID / Measurement ID in the webstore settings and follow the tutorial steps exactly.

Important notes

• Google Analytics tracking is applicable for webstore only.

If tracking does not work as expected

If GA4 is not receiving data even though the tracking ID is already injected in SiteGiant, try the following steps:

1. Re-enter your Google Analytics Tracking ID / Measurement ID in the webstore settings.
2. Click Clear Cache button in the system bottom left corner menu.
3. Refresh your website and check if Google Analytics starts receiving data.
