How to find your sales report

Check sales reports in Analytics

You can check sales reports from Analytics and choose the report that suits your needs.

Yearly sales report

To view sales data for the year, go to:

Analytics > Marketplace Channel Report

The system cannot filter a full 1-year period in one go. The maximum date filter is 3 months per report.

For a full-year review, generate the report in multiple date ranges and use the summary shown in the panel to total the sales figures.

Sales report by platform

If you want to review history sales by platform, generate the order report and check the order status before deciding which orders to include.

Exclude these statuses:

• Open
• Cancelled
• Returned
• Lost or Damaged

You should include Pending Process and Processed if you want the sales figure to tally with inventory out.

If an order is cancelled in a later month, downloading the earlier month report again will exclude that cancelled order.

Sales report by location

You can filter the date in the sales analysis report to check data by location.

At the moment, this report cannot be exported to Excel. It can only be downloaded as an image for viewing.

If you need the data in Excel, export the orders and filter the customer by location in Excel instead.
