How to filter order dates on the Order Processing page

Overview

On the Order Processing page, the system shows orders based on the order date filter.

The visible date range depends on the filter currently selected on that device.

How to filter order dates

  1. Go to Order Processing.
  2. Click the date filter button.
  3. Select a date range such as Today, Last 7 Days, or Custom Date.
  4. Apply the filter to view the orders for the selected date range.

If you cannot find an order, expand the date range by using Last 7 Days or set a wider range with Custom Date. You can filter by months when using Custom Date.

Important notes

  • Orders should be checked based on the order date.
  • If you choose a shorter range such as Today, some orders may not appear.
  • Last 7 Days is recommended when checking for missing orders on the Order Processing page.
  • The selected order date filter is saved on each device. For example, if you selected Last 7 Days previously, the page will remain on that same filter the next time you open it on that device.
  • There is no separate setting to force the Order Processing page to always default to 7 days across all devices. The page keeps the last selected filter on that device.

When an order is not showing

If an order does not appear in Order Processing:

  • check the order date used in the filter,
  • change the filter to Last 7 Days or Custom Date,
  • widen the range further if needed, and
  • refresh the page if the order still does not appear immediately.

Then check the relevant tab, such as Pending, if needed.
