How To Export Orders With Customer Data Included
Overview
You can export online orders from Orders > All Orders. The export is available on a monthly basis only, so you need to filter the order date range first before exporting.
Steps to Export Orders
- Go to Orders > All Orders.
- Choose whether to export all channels or a selected channel.
- Click Filter.
- In the Order Between field, set the order period.
- Note: Export is limited to 1 month per export.
- Click Apply.
- Click ... > Export Orders.
- Choose the export type:
- Order Info, or
- Order Info with Products
- Click Export by filter results > Export.
Customer Data in Order Export
The order list export does not include the customer's name in the exported order list.
If you need customer information, you can view it in the shipping details of the order.
Export Limits
- Orders can only be exported if they are available in Orders > All Orders.
- Orders that are not synced into SiteGiant cannot be exported.
- For older data, export the orders month by month using the date filter.
- There is currently no faster export method available in the system for this use case.
