How to export order details from SiteGiant for analysis

You can export order details from the All Orders page.


Export order details

  1. Go to All Orders.
  2. Use the filter icon to set the date range or other filters you need.
  3. Click Export.
  4. Select Export via filtered results to download the filtered orders in Excel format.


Notes

  • For order analysis by date, you can export only the orders within your selected filtered period.
  • If you need sales data for a longer period from the order report, the date filter supports up to 3 months range at once.
  • If you need to analyze combined SKU totals across marketplaces, you may export the order details first and manually filter the SKU.


For marketplace item-based data, you can also go to Analytics > Marketplace Channel Report.

  • This report shows iSKU and Item Name.
  • You can click the three-dot icon (More Actions) and select Export to download the report.
  • Barcode is not shown in this report.
