How to add new products to your webstore

You can add a new product from Products > Webstore Listing.

If the product will be sold on Webstore only

Create the product in Webstore Listing and complete the product details there.

If the same product will also be sold on Shopee and TikTok

The recommended flow is:

1. Create the product in Shopee Listing.
2. Make sure to perform Inventory Linking.
3. Complete the category mapping.
4. Use bulk copy listing to copy the product to other channels.
5. Go to Products > TikTok Listing > Draft Product.
6. Click the product name to edit and update the product.
7. After the update is successful, check the product status in TikTok Seller Center.
8. If the product is Live/Active, continue with the remaining TikTok publishing steps.

Important notes

• If a product is not linked to inventory, SiteGiant cannot update its stock quantity.
• If a product shows Linked, its quantity will be managed by SiteGiant.
• If Shopee and TikTok products are linked to the same iSKU, stock updates and orders will affect the same quantity.

If you need to add stock later

You can update stock by performing an inventory adjustment.

How to upload images for a product

1. Go to Products > Product List.
2. Click the product name.
3. Go to the Images tab.
4. Upload the new image.
5. Click Save.
6. Perform Clear Cache so the image is reflected on the website.

Important: Use JPG format for product images. PNG images may not display correctly on the website.
Also, avoid using spaces or special symbols in the product name — only alphanumeric characters, dashes (-), and underscores (_) are allowed.
