How to add and apply product watermark in SiteGiant

To apply a product watermark in SiteGiant, the steps are different for Webstore and Marketplace channels.

Before you start

• SiteGiant does not provide a watermark generator.
• Prepare your watermark image using a third-party design tool.
• The watermark file must be in PNG format with a transparent background.
• It is recommended to use the same image dimensions as your product image. For example, if your product images are 1000 x 1000 px, prepare the watermark image in 1000 x 1000 px as well.

Apply watermark for Webstore

1. Prepare your watermark image file.
2. Go to the Webstore product watermark setting page in SiteGiant.
3. Add the watermark.
4. Apply it to your product listing.

Apply watermark for Marketplace

3. Add the watermark.
4. Apply it to your marketplace listing.

Important notes

• Product watermark settings are handled separately for Webstore and Marketplace channels.
• For marketplace channels such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok, use the marketplace watermark flow.
• Watermark will only apply to the first image of the listing.
• If a watermark is still visible after removal, check whether the origin image already contains the watermark. If it does, replace the origin image with a new image without the watermark.
