How do I sync WooCommerce products with SiteGiant?
After your WooCommerce store is connected, go to Settings > Sales Channel > Authorized Channel > WooCommerce > ... > Sync Back Product to pull the latest product information from WooCommerce into SiteGiant.
To allow WooCommerce stock quantity to be managed and synced properly, make sure Manage stock is enabled in the WooCommerce product settings. If Manage stock is turned off, WooCommerce may only show In stock / Out of stock and the stock quantity will not be managed through the integration. This setting needs to be enabled in the WooCommerce backend. It cannot be turned on in bulk from SiteGiant.
If the product appears in WooCommerce Listing but inventory is still not synced, go to Inventory > Inventory Linking > select the Channel Store > find the product > update the latest iSKU in the Draft Listing field. If the existing iSKU is wrong, click Reset and set the correct iSKU, then click Confirm > Review Draft Listing > Confirm and Save Listing.
If product categories are not reflected after sync, make sure the product is already published in WooCommerce. Draft products will not sync properly. After publishing the product in WooCommerce, run Sync Back Product again. Once sync back is triggered, the update should reflect immediately.

WooCommerce variant limit
Products with more than 50 variants may fail to sync to WooCommerce because WooCommerce can time out during product creation. In this case, create or edit the product directly in WooCommerce first, then run Sync Back Product from SiteGiant.
After the sync back is completed, go to Inventory > Inventory Linking > select Channel Store: Global: WooCommerce > find the product > make sure the correct iSKU is set in Draft Listing > click Confirm > Review Draft Listing > Confirm and Save Listing.
