How do I reauthorize my Shopee API token in SiteGiant?

Go to Settings > Sales Channel > Authorized Channel > find Shopee > click ... > Reauthorize/Update Token.


If Shopee verification is blocking the reauthorization, check your Shopee Seller account at Settings > Shop Settings > Basic Settings and disable Allow SMS as additional account verification method, then return to SiteGiant and try Reauthorize/Update Token again. If you still cannot receive or change the authorization code method, contact Shopee Seller Support to check the account authorization receiver.


After reauthorization, orders placed while the token was expired will not sync automatically until the token is updated successfully. If needed, resync the affected orders after the token is reauthorized with the help of support team.
