How do I fix issues caused by printer settings?
Common fixes for printer setting issues
If the printout does not match your usual result, review your printer settings first.
Print color quality is inconsistent
Try adjusting the printer settings for better print output. You can also refer to this guide for improving thermal label print quality:
Content prints on two pages instead of one
In the print window, go to More Settings > Scale > Custom and reduce the size to 90 or smaller until the content fits on one page.
If the issue continues:
- try printing from a different browser
- make sure the printer paper size is set correctly
- recalibrate the printer
Print setting does not match the printout
If the shipping label is for Shopee, change the setting at:
Order Processing > ... > Shipping Label Setting > Shopee Channel > General
Printing issue can be fixed after refreshing the page
If an invoice, airway bill, or package ID cannot be printed, first select the affected order and click Update Tracking Number. Then refresh the page and check again.
If the order is updated successfully, it should move to the correct tab such as To Print, and you can try printing again.
For some webstore orders, if Update Tracking Number does not resolve the issue because no tracking number is available, the order may need to be moved to Arrange Failed and arranged again.
Blank page when printing
If printing from PDF or Seller Centre also shows a blank page, the issue may be caused by the printer settings. Review the printer configuration and test again.
