How do I enable courier services in SiteGiant shipping label settings?
If no courier appears under Select Courier, first make sure the courier is enabled in your webstore shipping label settings.
Go to your Shipping Label Settings and enable the courier status for the relevant country. For example, if you are shipping in the Philippines, make sure the webstore courier for Philippines is turned on first. After enabling it, the courier will appear in the Select Courier list. Note: If a specific courier service such as SPX Philippines is not yet available in SiteGiant, it cannot be connected until that courier is supported.
