How can I unlink products from the marketplace in my inventory?

If you cannot delete an inventory item because it is still linked to a listing, first make sure the listing count is 0. An inventory item can only be deleted after all listing links have been removed.

To remove marketplace links, open the item from Inventory, go to the Associated Product tab, and click Unlink Marketplace Listings.

You can also unlink it from Inventory > Inventory Linking by selecting the channel store and clicking Reset for the linked listing.

If the item is linked to Webstore or POS, those listings require an active inventory link. To proceed, either:

• change the iSKU for the affected Webstore or POS listing, or
• delete the Webstore or POS listing if you no longer want to sell that product.

After all links are removed and the listing count shows 0, you can delete the inventory item.

Why the delete button shows a red column

If the delete action highlights the row or column in red, the inventory item still has linked listings. Check the listing count and remove all marketplace, Webstore, or POS links first. The item can only be deleted when it shows 0 listings.
