How can I check the status of my order in the seller center?
Check the order status directly in your Seller Centre order details. For Shopee orders, if the status in Seller Centre shows Cancelled, the order will be under the Cancel tab, not the Pending tab. If the status shows To Ship, but the order is not appearing in SiteGiant Pending, verify the order status in Seller Centre first.
If the order exists in Seller Centre but is missing in SiteGiant, provide the order ID, channel, and a screenshot of the current Seller Centre status from the order details.
