How can I access the API for SiteGiant?
To use SiteGiant Open API, your account must be on the ERP Ultimate plan or above, and Open API access requires a separate add-on fee.
What to know before requesting API access
- Open API is not available on lower plans such as ERP Value Plus.
- Existing Webstore API access is not the same as Open API and cannot be used for custom third-party integration unless the Open API feature is enabled.
- If your current plan does not support third-party integrations that are not listed in the system, you will need to upgrade your plan first.
How to request API access
If you want to connect SiteGiant with another system or app, prepare these details and request Open API access:
- Contact Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- The app or system you want to connect
A sales representative can then brief you on the ERP Ultimate plan and the Open API add-on.
Access token requirement
An access token for the SiteGiant Open API is only available after:
- your account is upgraded to ERP Ultimate or above,
- the Open API add-on is purchased, and
- the Open API request is approved.
Without the required plan upgrade and add-on, the API cannot be used and a token will not be issued.
Important limitation
Open API is not available for every export use case. For example, if you want to export data from the All Orders page for monthly report extraction, that data can only be exported on a monthly basis, and an API connection is not provided for that specific requirement.
